In particular, their ERP system is really the simplest and easiest to understand and operate of all the Apps I have used. I had only one store before, but with the careful help of their staff, now I have three shopify stores and two Woocommerce stores, and their staff will reply to my messages on weekends. I used CJ dropshipping before, but CJ's reply was always not timely. Maybe because I am not their important user. I have also used Zendrop, but Zendrop's paid plan is not worth it at all, and many of their US products are out of stock. I have been using HyperSKU for more than 6 months now and I got to say it has been the best experience with any fulfillment agency I've ever had. My private agent - Bonnie is there for me 24/7 helping me build my brand by sourcing new products and arranging warehousing for my bulk orders.
Shipping times are 5-8 days which most of the time comes to 5 days. Prices are for the most part great. I have yet to find a product for which a alibaba supplier offers lower rates than Bonnie. :)
