HyperSKU – POD & Dropshipping

Niki has been extremely helpful and responsive throughout our experience with HyperSKU.
She always communicates clearly, follows up quickly when there are issues, and has helped us with sourcing products, custom packaging, inventory management, quality inspections, and shipping issues.
I especially appreciate how proactive Niki is in finding solutions whenever a problem comes up.
As for HyperSKU, I would love to see even more improvements in shipping speed and tracking information in the future.

This has been one of the worst experiences I have ever had with a fulfillment company. I have been in this business for over six years, and I was genuinely excited to give HyperSKU a try, but unfortunately, my first experience has been extremely disappointing.

A tracking number was added to my order, yet seven days passed with absolutely no movement or update. I had to reach out myself to ask what was happening. Only then was I told by the agent that they had discovered the item was oversized and that I would need to pay an additional $24 on top of the $78.35 I had already paid.

This is completely unacceptable. How can an additional shipping charge be added seven days after I already paid the quoted fulfillment and shipping cost? I had already charged my customer based on the cost provided to me, so I cannot simply go back to my customer a week later and increase their shipping charge because HyperSKU miscalculated the cost.

What concerns me even more is the lack of communication. If I had not contacted the agent myself, when would I have been informed that there was an issue with the shipment?

As a business owner, I need a fulfillment partner I can rely on for accurate pricing, timely shipping, and proactive communication. Unfortunately, this experience has failed on all three.

Great team, great service. Fair prices, huge product variety, and always a pleasure to communicate with. They're my one and only choice, and I truly enjoy every project with them. And a special hello to Haru Lin - great manager, always on point!
