We have been working with HyperSKU since 2025, and Niki has been an incredibly valuable partner to our brand throughout our journey.
Niki is sincere, highly responsive, and takes genuine ownership of his work. He approaches every request and issue seriously and is always focused on finding a practical and reasonable solution. Having someone this reliable on the operations side gives us confidence in the partnership and very little reason to look elsewhere. The HyperSKU platform itself is also straightforward, easy to use, and makes managing our orders and operations simple.
One example that particularly stood out was when we experienced inconsistent quality from our previous branding factory. Niki took our concerns seriously, helped us source alternatives, and supported us through the process of switching to a new branding factory that could better meet our standards. He also handles post-purchase and fulfillment issues with the same level of care, working closely with us to understand what went wrong and find a fair resolution rather than simply closing the case.
