This app has been crucial for speeding up our site. I highly recommend it. The customer support team is speedy and responds with a great deal of subject matter expertise. We're thrilled we found Hyperspeed.
Hyperspeed does what it promises. I saw a 25-20% increase I load times after installing. I also had the pleasure of being in contact with Alexander in regards to some optimizations for existing apps and it was a great experience, he has been very helpful and understanding of what I needed to do in order to add further improvements.
What a Fantastic App! This has done everything we needed and more. Our average Shopify Speed Score has increased from 24 to 38 - which is Amazing! Customer service when messaged was quick to respond and super helpful. Thanks for creating a great app :)

Within 20 minutes my speed test went up from 50 on desktop to 80-85.
Mobile went from 1-5 to 30-35 .

Customer service is extremely quick in replying and helpful with getting issues fixed quickly. We have just started with this app but have already seen great improvement with our speed performance.
I have been paying and using this app for the past few months and today suddenly I see that the app is not opening. It just keeps loading on a blank screen. I am not sure if the app is doing what it is supposed to when it's not even going past the blank screen. Also, my website is slower than usual today.
I'm sorry to hear about your experience! I've checked your dashboard and it looks to be working great from my end. I've also checked our logs and we have been optimizing this store.
Sometimes you may need to clear your cache/cookies in the browser to view the dashboard. Saved data or network issues can occasionally cause an issue with viewing the app. Rest assured that we've implemented strict monitoring of our app processes, and will continue to optimize your store even if the dashboard has an issue.
