The support service was amazing and very fast, 100% I recommend this app and his developer, for sure I will check more app from them.

I used this app to add check box for reviewing and accepting our Terms of service clauses.
We faced a minor issue in implementing the same, but the customer service was extremely responsive and clarified to us very promptly and we had the functionality up and running quickly.
Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend the Tech Dignity Team and specifically, the "I agree to Terms" App.

App didn't work after updating my theme. Mady helped me out great and quick. See also helped improving the layout. Great customer service!
Nice guy! We use a different theme and the plugin did not work out of the box. An email to the developer and he adapted his code within few minutes for free. Now it is working! Thank you!
