Termzy ‑ I Agree To Terms

we where looking for a checkbox to sell used goods, and the checkbox should only appear for certain products. app is easy to setup. however we discovered, that when adding the product in the not empty cart the checkbox did not appear. support super helpful, fixed this with a few lines of code in our theme! 5*. Just missing the feature of adding another checkbox for terms & condition within the same app. Thank you!

I have purchased Termzy and installed it and still can't get the checkbox at my cart for customers. I have reached out to support 4 times and have not been contacted back.

Edit - The emails were not received by the Termzy team, searching their email didn't show that they had tried to communicate with me previously. Hence, no reply until the 6th day, when I finally received one of their emails (after this review was done).

The setup details didn't illustrate how to "simply" enable them within the theme settings. Furthermore, not having the T&C's checkbox resulted in a customer refund of $77, I was offered $2 worth of free monthly subscription, and I was asked on 3 separate occasions to remove this review stating "it impacts our team despite our efforts to help" and that it "would really help me professionally".

Set up is always a little confusing for me but I reached out to the support team to help us set it up when we were switching themes and Mady was super helpful! Got everything set up properly and promptly. I've done this multiple times and customer service is always fantastic.

Great app, just what we were looking for. We sell alcohol, and it allows us to confirm legal age when ordering.
Mady was able to help with adjustments, making everything work seamlessly.

Works well, looks good and easy to set up.

I did have to contact support to customise the positioning in our mini cart. Mady was excellent, and had it all sorted in no time.
