We recently integrated iCart into our Shopify store, and the onboarding experience has been excellent.
The support team didn’t just help with the installation, they took the time to understand our business goals and configured the app based on our requirements.
They also helped with custom adjustments, including improvements for our GoKwik checkout flow, and have been very responsive throughout the process.
The app offers a wide range of cart upsell, cross-sell, and gift options with a clean interface that’s easy to manage. We’re now testing everything on our live store and are looking forward to seeing the impact on our AOV.
Highly recommended for anyone looking for both a powerful upsell solution and a genuinely supportive team.

We’ve been using this app for the last 2 years and it has worked really well for our store. The setup was simple, and the customization options are great. I especially liked the cart drawer and progress bar features since they blend well with the store design. The support team is also responsive and helpful whenever needed.
