Its a nice app. The flow is easy to understand. The best part is I think the customer service. I had a chat with them and they explained a concept through screenshots and examples of everything. Really nice experience

I had difficulty setting up this app but Manoj came to the rescue to help set it up exactly how I wanted. I am impressed with the way I can offer a range of discounts and/or free gifts depending on the level of spending, allowing me to encourage upsell. The timer adds a sense or urgency which I am hoping will reduce the number of abandoned carts. I have yet to explore other aspects of this app including customer reviews and affiliates.

I highly recommend this app! I've been able to almost double my AOV and have been able to introduce new products to customers through iCart's Side Cart

This has been one of the best customer experiences I have had as a business owner. Not only are the customer service prompt but they are knowledgeable when I tried explaining a problem I was having.
