We have not used the app yet live on the website but while set up we encountered some issues and Mayank was placed on a Google call to help us. He broke it down in the simplest terms and helped out with the setup. The response rate and customer service is definitely top notch. This app is simply amazing, the customer service is TOP NOTCH, I was using monster cart upsell and they werre taking FOREVER to fix my issue which made me loose a lot of money. With icart I have hopped on a call with mahoj and he was simply amazing, very patient andd was helping me promptly with everything i needed! I had an issue because i was using wide bundle, but they fixedd it in less than 24 hrs!! Where as other apps take 7 days... Really good, highly recommended
