We partnered with ID.me at the start of the pandemic to offer a discount to frontline workers. They've been a great partner to us from the start and are excited to continue the partnerhip.
As a digital marketing manager, ID.me has decreased our inquiries on veteran discounts. We're glad so many users use ID.me. This app is a must!
Unfortunately, I have also been unable to use the app. When customers click on their link, there is an error. I have tried many times for help, and to this day, I have not had a solution or even a person willing to help me look into it further. I was hoping for good things, but this company has issues, and it is a shame.
App doesn't work. It's been more than a month and no one has reached out to help us fix the issue.

I am sorry to hear of your experience but I am here to help! Our records indicate that you submitted a few questions on July 14 and July 22 and we responded on the same day. Simple to implement app to provide discounts to verified frontline workers. This app is a must for stores looking to give back to our heroes!
Doesn't work. Error message :( There is no customer service or support number. I have submitted an email requesting assistance and I still haven't heard back.
Very disappointed with this app. The "Verify Me" links didn't work after setup and there is no documentation to help understand what might be going on. Also couldn't disable the app as other reviewers have pointed out. Reached out to support and there was no response. I don't work with app vendors that don't support their apps.
