A great addition to our site. We love giving extra incentives to current or retired Military personnel, first responders, teachers and students without worrying about potential for abuse. It is a very easy to use platform and also creates new user acquisition through their shop.id.me website. I definitely recommend for all shopify stores.
This app has never worked with our store and support hasn't gotten back to us in months on how to fix it.
As a digital marketing manager, ID.me has decreased our inquiries on veteran discounts. We're glad so many users use ID.me. This app is a must!
ID.Me made it simple for us to give back to those in the community who deserve a thank you. We didn't want to collect any private information ourselves nor had the desire to build a solution from scratch. This plug and play system works well but it is only for the US and some groups in Canada.
App doesn't work. It's been more than a month and no one has reached out to help us fix the issue.

I am sorry to hear of your experience but I am here to help! Our records indicate that you submitted a few questions on July 14 and July 22 and we responded on the same day. Doesn't work. Error message :( There is no customer service or support number. I have submitted an email requesting assistance and I still haven't heard back.
Very disappointed with this app. The "Verify Me" links didn't work after setup and there is no documentation to help understand what might be going on. Also couldn't disable the app as other reviewers have pointed out. Reached out to support and there was no response. I don't work with app vendors that don't support their apps.
