"Idealo Feed Export" hat mich total überzeugt! Die Bedienung ist kinderleicht und es bietet genau das, was ich für mein Online-Geschäft brauche. Die Einrichtung war super einfach, und meine Produktfeeds sehen jetzt besser aus als je zuvor. Der Verkauf auf verschiedenen Plattformen ist jetzt ein Kinderspiel. Ein besonderes Lob verdient Johannes vom Customer Success Management – sein Service ist einfach spitze! Schnell, freundlich und immer da, wenn man ihn braucht. Für alle im Online-Verkauf ist dieses Tool ein absolutes Muss. Großes Kino!
Nice and Easy
Absolut unterirdisch. Archivierte Produkte und ausgeschlossene Produkte werden in den Feed übertragen und an idealo gesendet. Man zahlt Gebühren für Klicks zu Produkten, die gar nicht mehr im eigenen Shop existieren. Eine Lösung kann nicht präsentiert werden. Idealo selbst interessiert dieses Problem überhaupt nicht.

wie bereits im Support erwähnt und nach einer ausführlichen Analyse, schließt die App archivierte und ausgeschlossene Produkte weiterhin korrekt aus und überträgt diese auch nicht zu idealo. Warum Produkte aus älteren Feedübertragungen in deinem Fall weiterhin im idealo Listing auftreten, sind wir diesbezüglich in einer dringenden Klärung mit idealo.
Falls wir hierzu weitere Erkenntnisse haben sollten, melden wir uns so schnell es geht über unseren App Support bei dir.
