Where post-checkout is concerned the app covered our requirements for custom triggers enforcing KYC across age, location (country & state) and item/collection. The app also offers custom email templates for different scenarios too with the option to add custom email domain which makes it a comprehensive solution.

Some instructions in-app about how to approve suspected ID verifications/edge cases and setting up the webhook on the platform would be useful to know for future users of the app.

The installed Shopify app was the only alternative with a configurable document verification flow (no selfie). The country selection setup is extremely handy. Documentation about getting started could be improved.
