We've been using this to comply with the new regulations for shipping to Queensland. Great support as well, would highly recommend. The app is a lot more cost effective than competitors, and the tech is great. UX is good too, we've tested it out with a lot of customers so far, no complaints. Integrates really well with Shopify, with lots of customisation options.

Pros
Easy-to-use customer interface.
The checkout process feels smooth and does not create friction if no fraud is detected.

Cons
Some parts of the installation instructions could be explained more clearly. For example, the section on webhooks does not make it obvious how to access them in Shopify.
It is not clearly stated that basic plans do not include human agent support.
There is no integration to automatically redirect customers flagged with medium or high fraud risk (by Shopify Risk Alerts or the NoFraud app) to complete KYC verification. This process must be handled manually by the Shopify admin, who has to contact the customer directly—introducing unnecessary friction.

The only ID verification app with a configurable checkout flow. It allowed us to trigger KYC only for selected categories and products.The option to block the addresses based on the shipping address was also instrumental in our workflow.
