Hi there, you can always switch to the free plan on the plan page anytime you want. We have been trying to reach you out by email to let you know that we have refunded the charge as you might overlooked the cancel option. Unfortunately, until now we have not heard you back yet. Have a great day!

The app is not bad, but unfortunately it does not prevent products from the catalog from being posted twice. This is not good. We have over 400 products and still within a few days some products were posted twice.
