I initially left a 1-star review because I was frustrated with automation issues and confusion around the subscription cancellation process.

After posting my review, Daniel reached out very quickly, explained the billing timeline clearly, and refunded the charges right away. I truly appreciate how fast and respectfully they handled the situation once it was brought to their attention.

While I still believe the cancellation process could be clearer to avoid misunderstandings, I’m grateful for the prompt support and the effort to resolve everything professionally.

I have had lots of problems trying to set up my shopify shop and found it very frustrating and confusing but mr daniel martin was very patient with me and I was now able to post shoppable posts and noticed there was more activity as a result . lesleyblackburnart

This app is fantastic! Setting up shoppable posts is super easy, and it saves me so much time with the auto posting feature. Plus, their customer support is incredibly responsive and helpful. My engagement has really gone up! I highly recommend giving it a try!

We have been working with the metashop team for a few years; they manage some of our stores, the support team is very active and helpful. We have his app with every of our stores. I have to say this app is amazing, it empowers our customers browse and pay right directly on Instagram and Facebook app smoothly.
