Really useful app, quick resizing, cropping, compressing, all those tedious tasks. You do need to know what you are doing, it is not a one click solution.

Any questions and problems I had were solved quickly and effectively.
Easily resizes and compresses all of your images, and it's free. You can also bulk add watermarks or borders and crop to make all your product images consistent. It worked great for me!
A good app and it's free. However, there are problems when renaming the image files with European character sets, for example.
Why? Here's an example:
Product designation: fruit tea.... becomes "chtetee..." (the letters Frü are missing at the beginning) "....fruechtee..." would be correct.
or product designation: "...gift tag..." becomes ....giftanh_nger... (the "ä" is missing here") "...gift tag..." would be correct here. It would be nice if that could be improved.
Then this function would also be useful in countries with extended character sets.

In fact, it's not simply a bug. Only ascii code characters can be used in the url, otherwise it will bring many unexpected problems on the user side. Most of the time, the current results is much better than gibberish names. But still, we'll find better solutions.
We will prompt merchants in European character sets about this problem, and we will also provide a new modification method to remove garbled characters in original file names.
These features will be available in a few weeks.

Amazing app and support, a must have. I had some unique issues with around 800 photos as the store came from another host company. Sam from support manually worked on our photos to get us up to speed. As someone who built websites for 15 years, you will want to use this app for web speed, uniformity and image SEO. The others on here don't cut it like this one. Thank you Sam!
