After reviewing other app galleries we choose Image Gallery by Enormapps, and so far we are happy with the outcome.
The app was easy to use, and install on the page with no issues. When we did experience an issue with some images, I contacted the support team and within an hour the guys fixed the issue and the galley is now how we wanted. https://yourphotopodhire.co.uk/pages/template-gallery

This company kicks ass. The apps are on point and the support is one of the best I've come across.
We spent 2 hours installing and the uninstalling other image gallery apps with a lot of frustration. We are not novice users. 6 different apps all claimed false free features to mine your data and just get you to download the app.
Enormapps image gallery does exactly what they claim and at a very fair price compared to the rest. Their support was immadiate. The app works amazing and looks awesome! Highly recommend these guys.

5 stars for customer service though!!!! They got back to me right away, helping to answer all of my questions.
Tried to cancel the app as I was not using it anymore. Come to find out it was never uninstalled and the message to support about canceling my subscription was ignored for months. Much better apps out there with easier to use interfaces and overall a hassle with a lack of modern features.

We never received emails before months.
We checked and found that you deleted the app after we responded to your email. So subscription was canceled automatically on July 13th but the billing date from shopify was from June 28th to July 28th and hence you see the charges as app was canceled after billing cycle was started.
Our app is up to date and has clear install instructions with video tutorial.
Also, our response time to email is very fast.
Please let us know if we can assist you further to fix this.
