I've used this app for a few months now. It's very basic and kind of gets the job done, but it's definitely not great. There is so feature to transfer uploaded images to a different gallery. If I duplicate a gallery, none of the photos transfer, even when I click the option "clone gallery with images". I find that this app is inconsistent and even though it's simple, it ends up being frustrating to use. I had issues initially installing the app and was pleased that customer service was able to sort it out quickly. Overall this app is just okay, but definitely not great if your trying to use it for a large portfolio.

We request you to please email us if you face any issue with the app, our response time is very quick. The issue you mentioned in your review is not in the app. Can you please clear cache and check by yourself the process of cloning gallery with images?

Customer service is amazing
We needed custom work and to install the theme and they did it in seconds
I used this app to create a press page with lots of masonry-style images and then embed it into my pages. While some of the backends feels outdated, there are no other apps that can effectively do this. Beyond that when I had trouble making it appear as I wanted I reach out to their support and they fixed it BEAUTIFULLY in under five minutes. I will be a customer for a long time!
My stock gallery action with Shopify was really limited, and EA Image + Video helped me take my site to the next level! It was an amazing investment and the support is top-notch! Highly recommended!
It's very easy to use and the interface is excellent and I'm very happy. It is even better if it supports Japanese.
Overall easy to use. Would love a more graphics UI. Free plan allows for 25 images wich is great. Recommend it.
The app is easy to add videos, and the configurations are nice and simple, but the real value is the help the developers offered. I had a conflict with my theme and from the time I contacted them via email and the time they fixed it was barely a few hours. Great, GREAT service!
