Ive contacted the support with an little problem that was needing an code work . The Support contacted me after 10 min . The Problem was done in only 2 Hours . Thats what i call service Thx to Yongyi

Amazing app and service. Unlike other products (must have gone through at least a dozen), it was very easy to set up, use and very intuitive. I did have a slight issue with my theme due to custom coding, but I had a response within 5 minutes and the problem was solved within 15 minutes..... further that I had the product is all set up and active on my website within an hour! - What more could I ask for! Thank you so much for the service!

Solid little app that does exactly what it promises. I like the clear minimal UI on the customer side which makes this very usable, with the upload showing clearly without opening up new windows or other extra stuff. Cropping images and displaying them in shapes also works well!

This app is amazing, but the team behind it is even more than that. We got this app for one of our customizable product, and it served great. It's easy to install, set up and use. It literally takes 2 minutes. We wanted to go the extra mile with a couple of customizations to the app, and the team helped us tremendously. They responded very fast to every email and did the work immediately. I mostly like the easy transition to my site. Second, the clean look of the button options I can now offer my clients for uploading their images. All because of "Yongyi" in support emailing me, showing me how easy it is to re-upload/set-up this app again after I had taken my site off pause to reactivate

Outstanding design. Easy to understand user interface. Uploads are very fast making our site comparable to our competition and that makes us very, very happy. And customizable - not just in the supplied functions and fields, but thru easy to understand classes and id’s. So easy, in fact, that we had the entire app, system, and complete stylings ready for over 30 products and launched within 2 business days. We tried another uploader and though it was similar in functionality, or so it seemed, it was limited in giving us the ability to customize it to our shop and for our uses. And perhaps reiterating what many other colleagues here have said the customer service is outstanding - faster, better, and more communicative than other apps we use - and we use a lot of them. Yongyi in tech support was on spot with every question we asked, and certainly kept us up-to-date so we were never left wondering what our status was. Highly recommended for Functionality, Support, Customization, and all around General User Experience. Five Star App!!!!!!!!!
