This is the best app for personalization, I've tested several. Support is amazing and responds promptly. For those who are in doubt about which one to choose, this app is the best from support to features.

The app is really great and easy to use and the support is very responsive and friendly! I did not quite like how the button looked on my product page and I contacted them (they answered about an hour later on a Saturday), they changed the whole visual and made it look exactly how I wanted. They went as far as making the button load faster on my page (I was using a gif that was slowing down my product page) even though I did not even ask for it though I greatly appreciated it. All in all, I really recommend the app :)

Best App Support ever! The app generally looks good, and easy to set. We got a little bug in our store with the app, but the support's response was very quick. The problem was solved in hours. And for the customized looking, the support can also help to program. Very good experience, 5 stars!

I recently had an issue with the upload button not loading on my page quick enough. Yongyi got right on it and found out it was because of other deleted apps leaving remnants of javascript behind that were still trying to load on the page and slowing down my other apps. Yongyi managed to delete it and make it that the Personalized Image Uploader script loaded before eveything else. Before it took around 7 seconds for the uploader to appear on the page. Now it is pretty much instant!! Super fast to respond to emails, figure out the problem and find a solution! Excellent service!!

I decided to go with this app after browsing around a lot of photo uploader apps. This app is definitely a winner with the input field where my customers can leave a custom request on each photo while other apps are simply a photo uploader only.
After installing the app, it didn't sit where I wanted it to be on the product page, so I reached out to the developer and Yongyi was able to fix it within a couple hours I sent the request. And I also asked to remove the crop function since I only need the entire photos from the customers. All of the changes were delivered instantly.
