I LOVE THIS APP!! Ok, this review may sound fake but I promise you it's not! I've had issues with photo uploaders in the past and finally came across this one... easy, simple, and clean (seriously... setup was a breeze)! I like having the ability to set certain restrictions on different listings (like image quantity, what the upload button says, the size the image should be cropped to, etc) and since my shop takes custom orders for a wide variety of items, this is a MUST! Oh, and images actually show up in the shopping cart! My customers have been begging for this feature. Thank you! You'd be surprised to know that not all photo upload apps do this...
I just got the app so things are still new. however I contacted customer service to help me with an upload problem and they almost immediately replied. I was helped and the problem was resolved. Looking forward to seeing how this app works when we actually get an order placed.

The app doesn't have thousands features but that's also where the power lies I believe. It does one job which is uploading images and it does it well. It's also very simply to setup and use. My template wasn't nicely with one of the included features (which is pretty normal). To fix it, I needed to get some support. Their response was basically instant and the problem was resolved within a day. Absolutely amazing. Thank you so much! Highly recommended to try out.
I am using it but not satisfied at all. Looking for a less buggy alternative. Issues: Can't talk to developer, I can't tell him/her what is wrong, the upload button appears twice along side the options, but I need only one button. The checkmarks do not work, and the Swatches do not work. What am I paying for?

I am so sorry to hear about your experience. I have never received your email about any issues until you have uninstalled. and I would more than love to help you out with the issues.
1. The reason why there are two buttons appearing is due to theme related issues, not particularly with the app.
2. We are not sure what is going on, but it seems like this is a theme related issue too. Somehow everything was displaying twice. Same with other apps. We can help you look into it if you need to
As for refunds yes we will provide you with refunds.
If you are interested, I would love to have you reinstall the app and I can help you out with it!

I have been switching customizing apps for my products, I think I have tried all of them.
This one is by far the most professional app out there, everything is very user friendly and easy to set up.
I had to do a small customization, the support answered literally in less than 15 minutes.
Highly recommend! Defently will shift my other POD stores.
