This app is amazing! What impressed me the most was the outstanding support team. I encountered an issue due to a conflict with my theme, and they handled it with incredible professionalism. They took the situation very seriously and managed to resolve the problem within just a few days. I couldn't be happier with the level of care and efficiency they provided. You can't see the pictures uploaded by customers in the backend, and there is no customer service to interface with.
Hello,
Your store is using a third-party custom sticky add-to-cart button and a third-party "Grab this deal" by Qikify feature. Both features override our app and allow customers to place an order without an uploaded image or prevent the image URL from being saved in the order properties.
We replied to your emails, explained to you the reason it happened, and offered possible solutions. I contacted Qikify support and they were ready to fix the issue, but you have removed our app.
As you can see from our review, we offer great customer support and are always available and happy to help.
This app does exactly as promised. Stellar, prompt and responsive customer service makes this the photo-uploading app of choice. You can stop searching!
Been using this for over a year, with no issues. 1.) Very simple & basic for customers to use which is a big plus and 2. ) images can be cropped to specific sizes which is a unique feature. 3.) Image quality is also not compromised when uploaded to and downloaded. 4.) Support is very fast if you ever have questions. Honestly can not say 1 negative thing about it. Thank you Yongyi! :)
