Excellent support available for this app! Yongyi fixed an error with the app and my theme extremely quickly and was on hand to answer any questions. I will continue to test the app further but very happy so far. Would definitely recommend :)

I recently had an issue with the upload button not loading on my page quick enough. Yongyi got right on it and found out it was because of other deleted apps leaving remnants of javascript behind that were still trying to load on the page and slowing down my other apps. Yongyi managed to delete it and make it that the Personalized Image Uploader script loaded before eveything else. Before it took around 7 seconds for the uploader to appear on the page. Now it is pretty much instant!! Super fast to respond to emails, figure out the problem and find a solution! Excellent service!!

I decided to go with this app after browsing around a lot of photo uploader apps. This app is definitely a winner with the input field where my customers can leave a custom request on each photo while other apps are simply a photo uploader only.
After installing the app, it didn't sit where I wanted it to be on the product page, so I reached out to the developer and Yongyi was able to fix it within a couple hours I sent the request. And I also asked to remove the crop function since I only need the entire photos from the customers. All of the changes were delivered instantly.

The app is easy to use. they even recommend to install to your website themselves for easy setup (very considerate suggestion). I even request some changes to be able to meet my needs in doing personalization, right away request granted. very fast response, they really take good care of their client. I am very pleased. This is a great app. For those starting up stores on a tight budget, not only is the pricing good but also the app itself has a lot of options for customizable product(s) requiring an image/file uploader.

This app deserves a 5 star rating from me! I chose this app as it was the only one which allowed different photo shapes to be uploaded, such as circle oval etc. Yongyi was super attentive to my concerns as I needed to fix something. He was also polite, friendly, replies my emails really fast, and super good in what he does. He was able to customize my type of photo shape and design according to my needs. Best photo upload app i have tried so far for sure. Highly recommended, u guys should try this! Thanks bro!

The app serves its purpose for me. Creator is very accommodating in customizing and adding some more tweaks in the app to make it more useful. I think it's still relatively new so it doesn't have very robust features yet, so I am looking forward to more :)
