Disappointed, removing app after years of use, to try something else with better service.

We’re truly sorry that your experience ended with disappointment after so many years of using our app. The recent issue occurred during the image renaming process and was delayed by the large number of images and a few unexpected technical errors.
Our app has been running reliably for years, and we’re very sorry that this rare situation caused frustration. We’ve already made improvements to prevent similar issues and to communicate updates more clearly in the future.

Good app! Would love an option to download all, but does what it says on the tin well.

The app works great. Easy to install and worked right out of the box. I didn't realise I had so many images and it did a great job of reducing image sizes without any noticeable quality difference. I had some great extra help from Vitalii also in further optimising and resizing featured products and collections images. Definitely, recommend the Loyalty Harbour Team and their app. Thanks.
Fabulous App! Actually compresses your image files and I see a big difference with page load times.
I had issues with my theme, and I thought it's the app problem, customer service on this app is phenomenal . they asked request to access my theme and fixed what was wrong with my theme.

A great app, easy, friendly, and saves so much time for a reasonable price. I thought that my images were optimized, but they reduced the images weight by an average of 22%.
