Quite a good app, does what it promise, although with 2-5% of the pictures it makes some faults, this can be totally forgiven for 2500 pictures. So, it is a recomended app. Go for it!

Very quick to install and very simple workflow/payment process. They provide a review page after the compression is complete to verify (or revert) every image that was compressed. From what I can tell the compression was lossless with 10-30% improvement in image sizes. This is a quick win in for any store looking to optimize their UX/SEO efforts instantly.
Made all images look fuzzy and not professional
Hi Shawn!
Thank you for taking the time to provide us with your feedback. We now have the ability to respond to App reviews, so we wanted to clarify this case from March 2017. Our customer representative contacted you at that time to help address your concerns.
We checked your Shopify store and found out that after compressing your images, you used another Shopify application which resized your images to a very small size - 480x480 pixels. It made your images look fuzzy and unprofessional. Shopify recommends uploading high-resolution images because they look more polished and professional to your customers. Shopify recommends a minimum size of 2048x2048 pixels.

I like this up! It optimized 821 images (108.0 MB) saving 36.1 MB (33%) total file size! I totally recommended, good price that doesn't break the bank $0.01 per image.
Perfect small app. Improved our load time !!
Great app, super easy to use. Thank you.
Now I know what all the web developers have been using! This has made my day - I have finally resolved my image file issues and all in a day without any help. Thank you Image Optimizer!
Great, Easy to use and significantly decreased product image sizes.
Worth it for the time it saved to resize and upload on my own! Thanks so much!
This app is a must-have. For less than $5, I saved myself a whole day's worth of individually compressing and re-uploading images to my site.
Shopify stores tend to be slow. Compressing your images will definitely help!
Note: Since Shopify uses a CDN, the changes won't be drastic, and won't be evident for a day or two. If you compress your images and then immediately run a new speed test, you will most likely be re-testing a cached (i.e. uncompressed) version of your photo, and therefore won't see much, if any change.
