We chose Impact after evaluating a lot of different options and we're so happy we went with this platform. Impact simplifies and organizes any size affiliate marketing effort. It's worth the investment. Their support team is also super helpful and responsive and has been with us since prior to integrating the app at every step/question along the way.

Installation of the plugin was quite tough but the support from the IMPACT team was amazing. Thank you for being patient and also responsive.

I will never work with them again. We had a ton of fraud orders costing us thousands of dollars and for months they said the money would be refunded and they have never sent the money. In the meantime, we cancelled our account and yet they KEEP BILLING US. We provided email notice - they say, you must submitted a formal ticket to close the account. This is a month after we sent them notice.

Very easy to setup and the Impact Team was very helpful. Already seeing results and I can't recommend them enough.

I just finished onboarding to Impact and the process was a breeze. Max was very helpful and was able to answer all of my questions and help me through the tech piece of it.

Since I'm new to the platform I can't fully speak to how it functions overall, but it is clearly a very robust piece of software. The PXA tutorials are definitely worth watching.

Shopify sent an ebook about impact which looked interesting, but I wasn't sure what to do once I installed the app. The only two choices were integrate existing impact customers and book a demo. What do I do to get started, if I am not an impact customer? I've already seen the video and read the ebook. I don't need a demo.
