We’re almost fully set up on Impact, and I’ve had an incredible experience so far.

Impact.com’s Shopify integration app was incredibly easy to set up. The in-app instructions were clear and thorough, with every required field explained in detail. Getting Impact up and running was simple. The integration works well and the support was very responsive. Impact is amazing when it comes to an affiliate platform. I've used other platforms before and Impact puts them to shame. Highly recommend!

Non-stop spam. No matter what settings I applied I was bombarded with spam. Not real people but rather their "influencers" are a ton of questionable companies that offer coupons and fake reviews. Then from no where I could no longer log in. It suddenly started sending me a code to enter to get into my account - when I entered the code I kept getting this error. "A device with this name already exists. Please use a unique name to save a new device." Useless app. Glad I didn't sign up for the $500 a month and just opted for a free trial. Complete waste of time - best tho if they gave my email to a slew of spammers. Deleted.

Love everything the platform has to offer. This is the easiest and fastest onboarding I have ever experienced with an affiliate platform. From sales to onboarding to support has been such a seamless experience. The platform itself is very self explanatory, not difficult to use at all. Can't wait for the new features that are being added as well!

The onboarding team is extremely thorough and helpful in set up. It takes a bit of time to get familiar with navigating the platform, but once it is up and running it becomes second nature.

Impact has been very solid with our experience with them. The cs has been perfect, with our cs rep Janine giving rapid, accurate, and helpful responses to our questions. The interface is a lot to take in, but their onboarding helps you get a grip on it asap. The platform functions and streamlines the media affiliate marketing process.

She hopped on a call, walked us through every step, and made sure everything was fully working before we wrapped. Her patience, expertise, and quick problem-solving made the entire setup process smooth and stress-free. We felt completely supported getting our program launched.

Impact has an excellent integration with Shopify that makes it an easy plug and play program. They strike a nice balance between being simple to configure but able to handle more complex business needs.
