PH CSV Import&Inventory Update

Worst Application. Worst Support.

It says that it can import and export metafield's.
The app cannot export variant JSON metafield's.

I had a terrible experience with the PH CSV Import & Inventory Update app. Not only did the app fail to meet my expectations, but the support team was also incredibly disrespectful and unprofessional in handling my issues. I reached out for help, and instead of getting the assistance I needed, I was treated poorly.

As a business owner, I rely on Shopify apps to help streamline my processes, but this app and its support team have caused more problems than solutions. I strongly recommend that Shopify review this app and consider removing it from the App Store, as it fails to provide the level of service expected.
