I used this app to "bulk import products" using CSV. It worked perfectly. It was also great at CSV export. Thank you!
I've recently had the pleasure of adding the "EZ CSV Import and Export" app for Shopify to my store, and it has revolutionized the way I handle my products and product variants. As a shop owner dealing with thousands of products, the default Shopify bulk product editor felt too slow for my needs. That's where this app came into play.

The app seems to work fine but it doesn't offer anything else than the default Shopify product import-export app. It might help a better app showcase where it shows what the app can do better than the regular Shopify app.

You're right - when I checked my app listing images today, I realized they were all low effort descriptions: "Import CSV", "Export CSV" LOL. No wonder you said this could benefit from a "better app showcase where it shows what the app can do better than the regular Shopify app".
There's a good reason the listing was so bland -- I was too busy building feature requests from all the users (thank you to everybody who gave feedback!). This app was very new -- only released 5 months ago. It was very basic, and needed A LOT of work done to make it a great app.
And I'm finally glad to say that it's a solid app now!
Today I finally got enough time to totally revamp the app showcase. There are numerous features that this App can do that is not in the regular Shopify app. These are:
* Import and Export Metafields (yes, Shopify cannot do even this basic feature!)
* Parse non-english taxonomies (I tried a German one, and Shopify failed!)
* No Silent Failures! I gave Shopify a bad CSV input and it never gave me ANY error message
* Upsert products -- simultaneous update or insert of products. Shopify only allows you to do either update, or insert, but not upsert (both update and insert at the same time).

Once you get the chance, could you update your review to reflect the effort I put into addressing your feedback by making the app showcase 10 times better than it used to be? Thanks! I'd greatly appreciate it since this is a very new app with not a lot of reviews.
Absolutely amazing app. I needed to upload about 1000 products to shopify, but there system is very bugi and doesn't work properly. So i used " EZ CSV Import + CSV Export" and import was done in just seconds.
Support also responded very quick (10 min).
