Great app and very very very great customer support!
This CSV field mapping app is the best one I have tried on Shopify. It works the first time and the customer service is excellent. If you need something you can email and they will help you get it to work how you need it to. This app is much easier to use than it's competitors in the App Store. I highly recommend!
the good: easy to use, free if you're only doing a few products
the bad: doesn't honor templates, doesn't always get the draft/active status right, and only imports a single photo
Kind of a pain in the neck but it's marginally better than a plain csv import.

these are all simple problems and I can fix them tonight.
* the app CAN do multiple images -- however they have to be in separate columns "image 1", "image 2", etc. I have a hunch your CSV was putting all images in one column, separated by a comma or semicolon.
* the draft/active status should always be right. Can I see the CSV you're trying to use? (app doesn't save CSVs on server).
Great tool and rapid support. After trying several tools to export a CSV this one was intuitive, easy and accurate.
I've been using this app for some time now. Firstly it works really well, it is pretty easy to understand how to use it.
But the best part is definitely the team behind. They are always available when I have questions or need help with my files.
