I had some problems with the add button and the support team made it so easy for me and did it for me remotely. How cool is that? And they were very very fast. Less than 5 minutes and my email was replied. Real email, not the auto-generated one. Really satisfied with their support!

Great app ! , a Great Solution for Those who mostly Dropship from another platform (no just aliexpress) , Finally you offer your customers a Fast delivery methods! , and also great support, very kindly and helpfull, I RECOMMEND!

The app did not work well at all for all supported websites. All Products with variants were not imported! There's also issues with Inventory, Product quantity! Product description etc.. I send theme Email before more than week and they did not help at all.. I've seen many bad review since 2 years with the same issue, and till now not fixed.

They reply me after this review and said that my Email gone to Spam, I sent them from Gmail .. So they believe that they are smart to tell us that Google Emails are going spam!!!! I saw many reviews from 2019 regarding the same issue, and till now they did nothing!!
Finally they asked me to change my review to refund me!

i STARTED using this app. and it seems to be very good. i like cos it allows to import unlimited alixpress and amazon products and most important thing the customer support is very good. they response quickly .

I haven't started using it yet, but I would like to thank the technicians for their answers. I will continue to evaluate after use
