Using it for Costco.ca. Was originally not working due to changes from Costco, but support team bring the issue and addressed it in 2 weeks time. All the while support is quick, friendly and patient with the reply. Doesn't work perfectly yet but 5 stars for the service and I am sure they will keep on improving the app.

Importify is giving dropshipping a great reputation. A lot of suppliers are hesitant with dropshipping but this app helps the process to move smoothly. It is easy to use and easy to add product from the supplier's website. I am excited to see how this app is going to continue to grow. (Maybe can think about having a bulk uploading feature if that is possible.) Super happy and I am excited to add Editorify and Inventorify to get the full dropshipping package. Curious to see how this is going to turn out and look forward to writing another review about my experience.

The product itself it's very good, but unfortunately hasn't met my use case. But the customer service it's fast and helped me a lot with my questions.

Great customer support that spans across their product lines!!! I had an issue In which I needed to switch out multiple products and billing and I was able to resolve it with one person as my point of contact (rather than having to contact each department individually which seems to be a very rare thing these days). I am very impressed with this app. Till the time I hadn't used Importify I was of the impression that you can only import inventory physically and then sell from your store. I have just started my Shopify store and was only using Printful for printing my designs on the products that they hold as inventory. I found it too tiring to sit and design and then upload one by one, making each design takes time. I was actually becoming very frustrated with this kind of process and wanted to get it speeden up. While I was researching I came across Importify and this makes so much sense. I am working on making my store full by using Importify and hopefully would help me getting good number of orders. Thanks Moshe for your support.
