Terrible, needs work and not automated. Would not recommend this app to anyone. We are now locked in to using this and cannot migrate without hassle.

The app has many bugs. It doesn't upload photos, variants properly. I have waited long time to see if they make improvement but nothing has changed so far. There are literally FREE apps that do the job much better including syncing inventory....meaning when products are sold out or unavailable it will update itself.

Great support! It makes it much easier to organize and source my orders, I love that I can use different sources as well.
I've tried numerous drop shipping providers and Importify is hands down my favourite! It has only been a few days but from my experience this is the most efficient way to import product. The price is very reasonable for the features, even after the conversion to Canadian dollar. Satisfied 100% and will continue to use.
Customer support is there number one priority! Let me share my experience. - Its super easy to import products from Alibaba (Even video if you have the premium). - My only negative is that it doesn't export the cost HOWEVER it takes you 2 seconds to write in your own cost. - I messaged them at 8pm on a Sunday evening and got a response within 1 hour. - I had an issue with my payment and they fixed it within 24 hours. This is one of the few software's out there that actually care for their customers and I couldn't recement them more!!
Good Customer service. The app price is also very reasonable and service is Uncommendable and perfect.

I love this app! And where it is not perfect, customer service is! I highly recommend. I do hope to find more wholesalers with low minimums and faster shipping, but that's not Importify's issue. I just hope they are sure to aggressively search for wholesalers to add to their participating vendor selection.
