This app is a game-changer, and their customer service is amazing, fast response and always willing to help, they are also working on some other awesome features!

Easy to use and more importantly it saves you a lot of hassle and time. If we could edit the quantity from the app it would be great. Overall good experience and kiddos to the swift customer support when I encounter issue.

The app is pretty much a godsend. Good features, intuitive UI, prompt updates and top-notch support. Importify are killing it! Thank you.

Great support! It makes it much easier to organize and source my orders, I love that I can use different sources as well.

Customer support is there number one priority! Let me share my experience. - Its super easy to import products from Alibaba (Even video if you have the premium). - My only negative is that it doesn't export the cost HOWEVER it takes you 2 seconds to write in your own cost. - I messaged them at 8pm on a Sunday evening and got a response within 1 hour. - I had an issue with my payment and they fixed it within 24 hours. This is one of the few software's out there that actually care for their customers and I couldn't recement them more!!

Good Customer service. The app price is also very reasonable and service is Uncommendable and perfect.
