The support is very helpful. Even when I said I was happy to leave it and just move on, Moshe insisted on resolving my issue and making sure I left satisfied.
This app definitely is as described... I used the youtube vids to walk me through the process... Honestly though, after doing it once then it's super simple... Importify imports the item and all of the listed variations to my store within seconds... Also, I love the editorify for impprting the reviews... For someone that is NOT a coder, this app is awesome!!!!

This is a great app that works flawlessly for me.
It is well designed and a huge time-saver when you have a lot of products to import and fulfill. It also has extra options that competition does not carry, like UPC/EAN import field for example, that are crucial to my business.
