We used you app to collect names and hopefully chat. It would be nice to get back to them via the same channel to respond to enquiries.

Hello, this app provides a contact form for your website, not a chat. The contact form messages are emailed to you, and you reply to them from that same channel, your email. Thank you for your review.

Loving it so far, but is it able to insert a file upload? Customers need to send me picture references of their orders and I'm having trouble finding an app that will insert it into my contact form without costing a ton each month. Other than that it's a great tool!
