I used to use a different in cart upsell app which had a pop up. I like how this apps upsell does not pop up. Lasandra helped me set up this app and the upsell looks beautiful in my cart page. 10/10 service, Lasandra went above & beyond!!!

I really like this app so far I’ve been using it for about a week now and it’s actually driven sales! The automated upsell has been working better for me than choosing a specific item but regardless people are adding the upsells to their cart and purchasing! Currently in the dashboard it shows you basically what your revenue would be based on the amount of clicks, but because some people ultimately remove the item it’s not completely accurate for reporting. I would love to see a feature where it shows the actualized revenue as well as what was shown the most. Anyways besides that this app is great with excellent customer service! Highly recommend. :)

This is my first in cart upsell app I have downloaded that I have been very satisfied with! Lasandra was so amazing, after giving her an example of what I wanted she was able to accomplish it and and helped customize it to my store as well as having it exactly the way I wanted. they charge me for an app that doesn't even work properly. they want me to pay a developer to fix their broken app.
after being a customer for 2 years, their app breaks, blames my site when it was untouched, and then wanted me to pay a developer to fix the code that is causing their to not work. on a free shopify theme.

As communicated over the email, we did thorough testing and our developers were able to confirm that the issue is not emanating from our app. We also sent you a screenshot that you can send over to the theme developers to further troubleshoot the issue. We are not asking you to hire external developers, but rather asking you to reach out to the developer of your theme who we think is the best person to look into the issue. We do offer 24-hr live chat support, Monday through Friday.
