We are currently using the free plan of this app and all we can say is it works flawlessly. The install and setup process is straight forward. The support team were nice enough to assist us with any questions we had. Overall, we recommend this app for those who would like to offer additional items to their customers.

This app helped me streamline the UX to provide a workaround solution for Shopify's limitations on automatically adding discounted products to a cart when conditions are met. Our customers won't be confused now! Also we had one small issue with our ajax cart but Rasheem in tech support handled it immediately. Thanks!

This is a brilliant App but the support is even better, never come across a provider that literally jumped on a call with me and not just solved my problem but built me a code and guided me on how to improve my shop front. I love these guys..... Ask for Rasheem from Jamaica - Absolute supper star.

Easy and Usefull App. Try it on Top of your Cart page.
Works perfect and helps me to increase my sales! FOr some items the custom offer can be used and for other items the autopilot can be used. Support was very good.

I really like the app but it paused the upsell prompt and did not alert me so I had issues when customers were not prompted to purchase the additional item.
I love this app, pop-ups suck and they found a solution. I did have a bug appear (this happens many times with a lot of apps I install) and they fixed it in an instant. I can't tell you how many support teams take ridiculously long to fix such a simple problem. But Incart responded literally within 24 hours with the problem fixed and it wasn't an easy thing to fix.
