Excellent customer support. They replied very fast to my email and got the requested things done. I can't tell if this app is helpful for my business yet as I added it a few days ago but the sure thing is that they care about their customers.

I used this app to offer a gift wrapping add-on during the holiday season. It was easy to set up and customize the colours and appearance. the sales analytics were helpful as well. When I had a question, support was super fast with a response, thank you Lasandra! Overall this app did exactly what I needed and I'll probably keep using it for regular gift wrapping options year round.

A really great app so far, and does exactly what it says.
The app was going through some works when I initially installed it, so I was having issues setting up, but the customer support was beyond supportive and helped me set up everything that I needed. I highly recommend.

I just started using this app last week, so I can't yet speak to its efficacy at upselling, but I have been VERY IMPRESSED with the customer service via the app's chat service -- Lasandra was so helpful refining the way my upsell appears. When I was asking for nit-picky things, she dove right in and created some custom CSS to do what I wanted. She stuck with me until I was 100% satisfied, even working with me on small tweaks over the course of a few days. I have not experienced high-quality, dedicated customer service like this in a long time. I look forward to seeing how the app performs!
