I would definitely recommend In Cart Upsell! It helped us dramatically increase average order value and their support is outstanding. They reply almost immediately and help out with anything you need. Loved it!

I just started using this app last week, so I can't yet speak to its efficacy at upselling, but I have been VERY IMPRESSED with the customer service via the app's chat service -- Lasandra was so helpful refining the way my upsell appears. When I was asking for nit-picky things, she dove right in and created some custom CSS to do what I wanted. She stuck with me until I was 100% satisfied, even working with me on small tweaks over the course of a few days. I have not experienced high-quality, dedicated customer service like this in a long time. I look forward to seeing how the app performs!
