I used the free plan for a couple months and based on the stats provided, the app definitely is beneficial in terms of up selling prior to check out. I've now enrolled in the paid plan to see how their Autopilot, Using Artificial Intelligence works out over the next few weeks. My only complaint is with their stats. It includes any item added to cart using their app, BUT not actual purchases. So if customers add items, but don't actually buy, In Cart Upsell's stats still shows this as revenue earn, when in fact it wasn't. This can be very misleading. Other than this, it's a great app!

This app is great for increasing upselling items in your store. After speaking with Rasheem and Lassandra, we were able to customize the app to fit in beautifully with the rest of my shop design. Very happy with the results!

The Cart Upsell & Crosssell App is just great and does exactly what it should: adding product upsell to add quickly to the cart to an existing product page or cart page. The customer service is just outstanding. Denis and Lasandra replied within minutes to all my questions and gave me a quick walk through the app and even changed some custom settings to make the offers match my Theme. 5 Stars!

The app is so great and easy to set! If you could't set it well, don't worry, their service is soooooo fast! They will help you set it within minutes. This is the best app i used until now.
I appreciate the free plan available for people like me just starting out with building the store. Other upsell apps don't have a free version and paying for it doesn't make sense before you start getting consistent high traffic
Very helpful customer service and hands with the setup and customization of the apps integration with our store theme. The app should definitely generate more conversions and already has my cart page looking more appealing.
