Great app! Already generated a lot of money, and we are just usingthe free version!
Great app, currently using the free version, which allows you upsell one item.
That has been working good. I have gotten a few sales from using it.
Works as intended with good options/customisation and the team have been quick to respond and fix any minor issues.

Overall it seems easy to use, but because we use Ajax checkout, it didn't work. Our customers go from the product page directly to the payment page, thus this app doesn't make sense for us. But it's not the app developers fault as the product is called In Cart Upsell. So I gave it 5 stars anyway.
Great app and great customer service! I chat box is the best feature and everyone is willing to help!

This app is definitely worth it. It makes us more money than it costs. Customer service is amazing. They customized the design just how I wanted it and so that looks like a native part of the page. I give this page one star less than the top rating because the back end has to stay quite simple. I struggle with creating really smart offers. I have set it so that my top upsell products get displayed at any time. Easy
