Excellent customer service. I had a problem caused by a theme update and they were on it and fixed it right away. Easy app to use and is converting well. highly recommended.

Really easy to set up and to use, even if your mother tongue is not english like me. Plus, I had some issue with the app and the staff solved it in 30 minutes ! Very impressed ! Thank you very much !
Services in our store have a mandatory materials fee that needed to get added to carts separately. Customers were not adding the materials fee on their own even though the product descriptions reminded them three different times to add the mandatory materials fee. Once we started using Cart Upsell so that customers got a pop-up during checkout, we went from 30% of customers adding the mandatory materials fee to 98% of customers adding the mandatory materials fee.
Using Cart Upsell took less than 10 minutes to set up and solved our issue instantly. Best app we have used in Shopify.
Amazing customer service, quick replies and help setting up the app. App is very easy to use and customize.

I was looking for a cart upsell app that used the native theme ajax cart. This app worked perfectly. The customer service team helped implement everything I was looking for and even customized our CSS to match our store. At first the bundle promos displayed a little slow, but with a simple line of code added to our theme they display instantly. Amazing app and support. Thanks.
