i had just installed the app, and its easy to use. even if you are a startup like me, its easy to find your way around it, but most importantly Sean was really helpful to me, guided me all the way to the end on how i can utilize the app. big ups to him, his support and communication skills is unmatched.

Good team to work with. They were patient today with my technical problems during setup. They connected promptly with screen sharing help, audio help, etc and fixed my problems. Also showed me how to take things over from there. Excited about this app. Thank you

I used to use a different in cart upsell app which had a pop up. I like how this apps upsell does not pop up. Lasandra helped me set up this app and the upsell looks beautiful in my cart page. 10/10 service, Lasandra went above & beyond!!!

I really like this app so far I’ve been using it for about a week now and it’s actually driven sales! The automated upsell has been working better for me than choosing a specific item but regardless people are adding the upsells to their cart and purchasing! Currently in the dashboard it shows you basically what your revenue would be based on the amount of clicks, but because some people ultimately remove the item it’s not completely accurate for reporting. I would love to see a feature where it shows the actualized revenue as well as what was shown the most. Anyways besides that this app is great with excellent customer service! Highly recommend. :)

they charge me for an app that doesn't even work properly. they want me to pay a developer to fix their broken app.
after being a customer for 2 years, their app breaks, blames my site when it was untouched, and then wanted me to pay a developer to fix the code that is causing their to not work. on a free shopify theme.

We are not asking you to hire external developers, but rather asking you to reach out to the developer of your theme who we think is the best person to look into the issue. This is my first in cart upsell app I have downloaded that I have been very satisfied with! Lasandra was so amazing, after giving her an example of what I wanted she was able to accomplish it and and helped customize it to my store as well as having it exactly the way I wanted.
