I had some initial problems with getting the in cart offer to show, which was probably caused by a translation plugin we are using. The support was really helpful and fast in fixing the issue and now it is running smoothly.

Our upsells have sky rocketed with this app. No joke. I had a styling error and they fixed it literally within 5 minute of emailing. Worth it!
Does exactly what we wanted to do - if you want to give consumers the opportunity to add a related item directly in-cart, then this is the app! And as significantly, the support is very responsive - Kevin showed me how to adjust some of the details myself which I didn't realise could be done easily in-app.
