I have recently added this to my store so I cannot tell you how well it is working just yet, but I can say that I have had amazing support. Philip relocated the button to where I needed it and he matched it seamlessly with my store. I am looking forward to seeing results from this app shortly. A great idea.

It has helped us tremendously! increased sales, and allows us to know how to order going forward. Highly recommend this for small to medium online businesses.

We originally gave a 5-star review, but after using this app for quite some time, we need to change to 3. The app has changed to notifying customers on an arbitrary 4-hour cycle. We have some products that come in limited quantities, and most sell out before the app can send out the emails. This has led to many unhappy customers, who were looking forward to receiving an email about a product, only to receive the email hours after the product had sold out.

Cannot recommend the spur I.T team enough . Installation was a little tricky because of a custom theme but these guys implemented it within hours.

I honestly have only tried out this app for a few days. What impressed me so much though was the support. I had some questions and needed some help with some stuff, and support was quick and got everything done. If that's any indication of how well this app will work, then I'm excited to use it!

This is a must have app for all online stores. Not only does it allow your customer to have the chance to let you know that they want a product that is sold out, it automatically will send that same customer an email when you restock the items! Don't let sales slip away when you are out of a product! It is a no brainer! :-)

This is app works very well, the price is excellent, and it has lead to a significant increase in sales. One suggestion, read through the language and verbiage on the template for the email that is sent to your customers. You may want to make adjustments because I believe that those templates are written by someone who does not speak English as a first language, so they read a little funky. We are very pleased with this app.

What anyone wants in an app is configurability. The developer does not have to worry about meeting your needs because whatever it is you want to change, you can easily change yourself. I contacted them today and Alexander sent me nice directions to make the changes so the Back in Stock app looks exactly as I want it. I cannot think of anything I would want to change. Every website should have this app. It's that simple!
