So glad to be able to offer notification emails for restocked products. We have saved a bunch of sales that we would have lost without this app!
Customer support for the app is what drove me to submit a review, though. They were quick to respond, and the customization work we needed done was complete in three business days - a fantastic turnaround time when you consider the back and forth of emails and the difference in time zone. Their prompt, helpful attitude made it a *really* pleasant experience.

The app has not been working on Safari or Explorer - notified the developer over a week ago and haven't received a reply. Instead of the pop up box to enter an email, a blank gray box appears when using those browsers.
We have been using this app for our store less than 1 week and already have stock requests for over 50 items/customers. This has helped us to determine what items we should restock. The app is so very easy to use and the email template is quite simple. Thanks!
A super useful app at an affordable, and worthwhile, price. The installation is simple, the admin interface is easy to understand. I LOVE the service this type of app provides, as it helps inform our inventory purchases, and the support team has been super responsive with questions.
The ONLY downside is that you have to manually visit your admin site to see if people have signed up for reminders to products - I don't really understand why apps like these don't notify you (the store owner) when customers have signed up to be notified when products are in stock. Even something like a weekly digest email would suffice. When that functionality happens, this will easily be a 5-star app of awesome.

Love this app! My customers enjoy using it too, as a great way to stay informed about new items coming in, or when stock is replenished. I can see easily in the back end which customers have asked to be notified about what products, so I can see which of my shop items are most in demand. I can also see when a notification has been sent to a customer, and whether they proceeded with their purchase or not. Another feature is to offer customers the option of how long they're willing to wait for a product to come back into stock. I don't use this because my stock can sometimes take longer to arrive from our overseas suppliers, but it's a fabulous way to let customers know we're thinking of them, and appreciate that no-one likes to wait too long for things they want.
I'm looking forward to seeing new features in this app as it develops!
Terrible communication and customer service. Pushed out an update earlier this week, which seemed to break the app. Whenever we tried to get through, it would either give a 501 error, say that there is an "Internal Error", or just never load. Contacted customer service both on email and their phone line -- the phone line was no help, and on email it seemed like they didn't even read it as their "solution" was something that was not related to our problem at all. All of this happened a day before we had a big launch, and caused a negative impact to our business because 1.) we were driving users to sign up for the upcoming products, and they obviously couldn't and 2.) for all the customers that had previously signed up, we couldn't send email notifications out to. We had contacted our Shopify customer service managers, who then contacted the app developers, but all they got from this team was that the app was working fine. With such half-hearted help we will be looking for a new app.

It works exactly as you want it to work and the best part is that their customer service is super nice and super fast to solve any doubt or issue you may have. Excellent job! Excellent app!
I personally love this app! Our customers use it frequently because we sell out so darn fast due to high demand. It kind of builds up an anticipation when customers know when the product is restocked. Sales skyrocket the day of restock because the customers that have been waiting a long time immediately purchase once they receive the notification. Also, the app has been an incredible tool to see which items are highly in demand. I can track which customers are requesting which items the most. I'll tend to restock the items that are in most demand based off the in stock reminder app. We have had thousands of customers use this feature and glad I've implemented it into the store.
The only criticism that I have for the actual app is the email notification the customer receives when the product is back in stock. The email is very generic looking and not really customizable. It doesn't feel personal or in tone with the brand I've created.
