All over , better experience and easy to use for dummies also. really satisfied with their code works
It's our second day working with this app and so far it's working good. The only problem is that whenever we send a reply, it gives us the error: Inbox failed to deliver this message. Try again but after a minute the error disappears and looks like the message is delivered. If this issue can be resolved, it will be a very good and efficient app.

Only been using for a week and had a coupe of conversations. Seem to work well and is a welcome improvement to the customer experience.

it would be better if customers could send a picture or file at the chat. hope it has the improvement asap.
I am very satisfied using this app, 100% recommended business running on shopify, Excellent product.
This app is not easy to use at all, customer messages cannot be reminded the first time, the use process is inconvenient, and the visitor mode cannot be set

We like being able to communicate instantly and interact with our customers when they need us for questions. Need to improve few things.. Overall good application

App is simple enough. No fancy features like Tawk.to and its ok. However design is terrible. Pop-up window's top part goes out of screen on small desktop screens/resolutions. Also chat icon has too much margin. It is located far away from corner of mobile screen. It should be just pixels away from edges but right now it is too far away.
