Thank you very much for this work, but a lot of things are missing:
1. Search in messages (you may suggest connecting an external database like mongodb)
2. Impossible to work with two stores at the same time
3. Often messages are not sent the first time and you need to resend them again and again

The app is light, manageable on different devices, but most of the time it has hiccups or it doesn't work at all. Pity: it could be a real asset!

The app automatically vanishes from the store and then have to download again, can this be fixed?
Overall a good experience but some issues
I've used it. All I get are marketers trying to sale me their services. If there was a way to block those then this app would be great.
Thank you for getting in touch and letting us know that you've come across this issue with spammers. I'm happy to report that as of Shopify Inbox version 6.5.0., merchants can now block conversations within the app. You can use this feature to block any spam messengers you receive messages from.

Good free chat. The only problem is that it doesn't support multilanguage translation. We have to choose a main language to display for all customers. Bad for international ecommerce.

after all is said and done this app can be frustrating and sometimes confusing. But the positive side is of course the following the platform has globally .

Good but we need 2 essential things in order to have the perfect app, the possibility to change the color of the text (and not only have it white) and the possibility to translate the Q&A when a customer choose a different language in the language selector or when the /en in the url is active for exemple.

j'ai utilisé cette application et elle est bonne . elle me permet d'avoir des avis des mes client et d'échanger mieux avec eux . mais j'aimerai savoir si il n'y a pas l'application mobile ?
it is really helpful for customers if you are there to answer for them. However i have noticed a delay in getting notifications when i am on the road. that might be the internet provider. also i am really frustrated with people contacting for "marketing" from overseas, and somebody did that last night at 3am from india. They did not get a friendly response from me. I wish I could block people. i told the guy the chat box was for customers, deleted him as a customer, and 5 minutes later he signed up again to give me sales pitch. maddening.
